Start around Lucketts with Fleetwood Farm Winery and Fabbioli Cellars, then turn toward the smaller Waterford and Lovettsville corridor rather than doubling back through downtown. Bleu Frog Vineyards and Village Winery keep the middle of the route close to the historic village landscape, while Creek's Edge Winery provides a food-capable stop farther north. Hiddencroft Vineyards sits near the Lovettsville end of the loop, and Loudoun Cider House gives the route a cider finish back toward the Route 15 side. The point is coverage with a coherent drive, not a claim that every stop is interchangeable: each venue page has its own policies, food details, and hours, and some are more practical on a weekend than a weekday. Use the ordered list as a map of the corridor, then select three stops that are open at the same time. There is enough distance between the ends of the loop that this is a good place to slow down, have lunch, and leave room for a designated driver. In spring and fall, the countryside itself is part of the reason to take the long way north.
